We currently ship anywhere within India and do not offer international shipping.
We offer two shipping options across India:
1) Standard Shipping delivers within 3–5 business days at a flat rate of ₹300-500, and
2) Express Shipping delivers within 2–3 business days at ₹800.
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
We accept only prepaid payments via PayPal, RazorPay, UPI, and debit/credit cards/in person — COD is not available.
If an incorrect address is entered, we can reship your package after correction for a ₹300 fee.
For failed deliveries after two attempts, the parcel returns to us and a total of ₹400 (₹200 outbound + ₹200 return) is deducted from your refund. If a parcel is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, we will file a courier complaint and share the case number with you; refunds are issued only if the courier accepts responsibility for the loss. If your order undergoes an RTO (Return to Origin), please notify us within 48 hours of the RTO scan — refunds in such cases are processed after deducting ₹300.
Please note that our responsibility ends once the courier scans and picks up your parcel.
Delays caused by weather, strikes, or regional disruptions are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and following up wherever needed.
