Return & Refund Policy
At Pokerealm, all sales are final due to the collectible, volatile, and tamper-sensitive nature of trading cards. However, we understand that genuine issues can occur, and for that reason, limited exceptions are accepted under specific conditions.
We accept returns in a few clearly defined scenarios:
1) If you have a same-day change of mind, you may request a return within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the product is unopened, in its original box, with the tamper seal fully intact. A 15% restocking fee applies in this case.
2) If we send the wrong item, you may notify us within 48 hours, and the product must remain unopened with all original seals intact. A photo and a full unboxing video are required, and there is no restocking fee.
3) For missing items, you must also contact us within 48 hours and provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the discrepancy — also with 0% restocking fee.
There are several important conditions to ensure fairness and safety for all buyers.
A full unboxing video is mandatory for every claim — with recording starting before opening the outer shipping box. Sealed products such as booster packs, ETBs, and other factory-sealed items are strictly final sale. Single cards must be returned exactly as shipped, inside their security-sealed top-loader with the holographic seal untampered; breaking or removing this seal immediately voids eligibility. Vintage cards and products (pre-2020) are sold as-is, fully inspected and sealed by us, and are also final sale.
To initiate a return request, email pokerealm.in@gmail.com with your Order Number, the reason for return, and all required evidence (videos or photos). Please wait for our approval before sending anything back.
For errors on our part, we will issue a prepaid return label. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
For in-store purchases, returns can be handed over at the store, but refunds are processed centrally, not instantly at the counter.
Shipping Info
Shipping Policy
We currently ship anywhere within India and do not offer international shipping. International customers are welcome to visit our upcoming Kolkata store once it opens (address coming soon).
We offer two shipping options across India:
1) Standard Shipping delivers within 3–5 business days at a flat rate of ₹120, and
2) Express Shipping delivers within 1–2 business days at ₹200.
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and any order placed before 4 PM IST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) is processed the same day.
We accept only prepaid payments via PayPal, RazorPay, UPI, and debit/credit cards — COD is not available.
We ship through trusted couriers such as Delhivery, eKart, BlueDart, and DTDC, depending on your PIN code. Tracking information is emailed once your order is dispatched. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or temporary/unstable addresses.
If an incorrect address is entered, we can reship your package after correction for a ₹120 fee.
For failed deliveries after two attempts, the parcel returns to us and a total of ₹240 (₹120 outbound + ₹120 return) is deducted from your refund. If a parcel is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, we will file a courier complaint and share the case number with you; refunds are issued only if the courier accepts responsibility for the loss. If your order undergoes an RTO (Return to Origin), please notify us within 48 hours of the RTO scan — refunds in such cases are processed after deducting ₹240.
Please note that our responsibility ends once the courier scans and picks up your parcel.
Delays caused by weather, strikes, or regional disruptions are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and following up wherever needed.
