Terms & Conditions

1.1 Welcome & Agreement

By using www.pokerealm.in, placing an order, or visiting our store (once open), you agree to these Terms.

Pokerealm is an independent trading card retailer based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company International, Inc., or any official TCG body — but we are huge fans!

1.2 Order = Offer

• Your order is an offer to buy — not a binding contract until we confirm dispatch.

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order within 3 business days, without reason.

• Grounds for rejection: stock outage, payment failure, pricing error, shipping restriction, or technical issue.
   

1.3 Accuracy & Expectations

• Product images are representative — minor colour/lighting differences due to screen settings are normal.

• Typographical or manifest errors (e.g., ₹99 instead of ₹999) do not create binding obligations.

• You warrant all info (name, address, contact) is accurate and not impersonating.

1.4 Ownership & Payment

• We retain legal ownership of goods until full payment (incl. shipping & taxes) is received.

• You may not resell, pledge, or tamper with goods before full payment clears.

1.5 Pricing & Invoicing

• All prices in ₹ (INR), exclusive of shipping (₹120 Flat for Kolkata, ₹200 for other Major cities in India).

• Prices & offers may change before order acceptance.

• GST-compliant e-invoices issued per law.

1.6 Delivery (India Only)

• ✅ Valid home/office addresses in India only

• ❌ No PO boxes, hotels, or temporary addresses

• Couriers may leave packages with neighbours if permitted by their policy — we consider delivery complete at that point.

• Public holidays (national/state) excluded from business-day calculations.

1.7 Force Majeure

No liability for delays/failures due to:

At Pokerealm, we treat your data like you treat your most prized card.

Here’s how we handle your info:

2.1 What We Collect (online or in-store):

• Your name, email, phone number, and shipping address

• Order details — what you bought, when, and how (via RazorPay — we never store card numbers or CVV)

• Basic device info — like your IP address (to prevent fraud & keep things secure)

• Preferences — if you opt in, we’ll remember your favourite sets or notify you about restocks

2.2 Why We Use It?:

• Process & deliver your orders

• Share tracking updates & fix delivery issues

• Keep your account safe from fraud

• Improve our site & recommend cards you’ll love

• Send optional updates (new drops/restocks) — you can unsubscribe anytime

2.3 Who We Share With:

• PayPal (PCI-DSS compliant)

• RazorPaySecure payments (PCI-DSS compliant)

• Delhivery / eKart / BlueDart / DTDCDelivery & tracking

• WIX & AWS (India) Secure website hosting

• Zoho / MailchimpSupport & email (opt-in only)​​​

→ No international sharing — unless you enable cloud backups (e.g., WhatsApp iCloud).

2.4 We use cookies to:

• Save your cart

• Remember your login (if you choose)

• Understand how folks browse — so we can make things better. You can turn them off, but checkout may not work as smoothly.

2.5 How We Keep You Safe

• SSL encryption across our site

• Limited internal access (only packing & support see your address)

• Secure deletion after legal periods (e.g., 7 years for invoices)

• Breach? We’ll notify you within 72 hours

2.6 Your Rights - hence, you’re in control. You can:

• Request a copy of your data

• Correct or update your info

• Ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention)

• Get your data in CSV/JSON

• Opt out of marketing anytime

2.7 Data Type & Retention:

• Orders & Invoices - 7 years (Income Tax Act)

• Account Info - Until deletion + 3 years

• Marketing Consent - Until opt-out + 2 years

• Website Logs - 12 months

Returns & Refunds

3.1 Our Core Principle  

​

✅ All sales are final — due to the collectible, volatile, and tamper-sensitive nature of trading cards. But because we’re human (and we care!), limited exceptions apply — with conditions.

3.2 When Returns Are Accepted

• Same-day Change of Mind (15% Restocking Fee) - within 24 hours of order placement - required to be unopened, original box + tamper seal intact.

• Wrong Item Sent (0% Restocking Fee) - within 48 hours of order placement - required to be unopened, original box + tamper seal + Photo + Unboxing Video.

• Missing Items (0% Restocking Fee) - within 48 hours of order placement - require Full Unboxing Video showing gap.

3.3 Critical Conditions — Please Read!

• Unboxing video required for ALL claims — no exceptions. (Start recording before opening the outer box!)

• Sealed products (booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, sealed vintage sets): final sale — no returns

• Single cards: Must be returned in original security-sealed top-loader with untampered holographic seal. → Removal = voids return eligibility.

• Vintage (pre-2020): Sold “as-is”, inspected & sealed by us — final sale.

3.4 How to Return

• Email pokerealm.in@gmail.com with:

  • Order #

  • Clear reason + evidence (video/photos)

  • Refund or exchange request

• Await approval before returning

• If approved, return to: 

  (Prepaid label provided only for Pokerealm-error cases)

• Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt & inspection

  (In-store returns: We’ll log it — refund processed centrally - not instant at counter)​​​​​​​​

Shipping Policy

4.1 Domestic Only

✅ Ship anywhere in India

❌ No international shipping

🌍 International customers: Welcome to visit in-store (Kolkata) once we open! (Address coming soon!)

4.2 Shipping Options

• Orders before 4 PM IST processed same day (Mon–Fri, excl. public holidays)

• ❌ No COD — prepaid only (PayPal, RazorPay, UPI, cards)

4.3 Logistics

• Couriers: Delhivery, eKart, BlueDart, DTDC (based on pin code)

• Tracking email sent upon dispatch

• ❌ No PO boxes, hotels, or temporary addresses

4.4 What If…?

• Wrong address entered: Re-ship after correction - Standard Fee ₹120

• Failed delivery: Package returns to us - ₹500

• Parcel marked “Delivered” but item/items missing: File courier complaint + share case within 24 hours. Refund only if courier admits loss.

📦 Our responsibility ends when the courier scans your package. Delays due to weather, strikes, or regional disruptions are beyond our control. Pokerealm is not liable in such cases.
